Natasha is a Level 4 qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Her integrative approach combines Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, allowing her to tailor sessions to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

Natasha is also trained in bereavement support through Cruse and has undertaken additional training in communication, domestic abuse, sexual violence and trauma-informed practice.
